Towels changed only once in 10 days, food offer is not too bad, but the quality is questionable ( for example ordered chilli con carne and had a feeling I'm eating bolognese), snack restaurant staff could be better organised ( they don't coordinate themself's very well, bringing food to a wrong tables or don't bring all ordered-was waiting for the garlic bread 15 minutes after main meal was served to me and got cold already by then), heard a lot of "we are out of stock". Could have been let know that some tickets and activities are available to arrange at reception, maybe would be cheaper that online. Beside remarks up, everything else was within very good and excellent. Great place to let kids go to play and have fun, plenty of activities for them, fun slides, all kind of pools for baby's to a bit deeper, well kept and supervised.
