So a year ago when we bought the car I left them five stars because we had a great experience buying a car, The sales guy Cesar was super nice when we bought the car, But that s where it will end, if you will need anything else afterwards, even if you just have a question, he will be very rude and disrespectful, when we bought the car at first we wanted one with leather seats which they didn t have one in stock, so he said just take this one and after the seats are dirty come back we will put leather on there(which I would never recommend it looks horrible don t fall for that trap) and it was all included when we bought the car, so when we contacted him about getting the leather on he never responded, so we waited a whole year contacted him again, and he had the nerve to be rude and disrespectful, we finally where able to bring the car in to get the leather on, he said it would be ready the next day, an hour after we dropped off the car he called us and said never mind it won t be ready tomorrow you ll have to come back Monday, never mind that we drove 200 miles to drop it off and we were going to stay the night there to pick it up the next day, then he had the nerve to say, well what are you gonna do about it, when the car was finally ready and we had to drive another 200 miles to pick it up, he didn t say a word he was rude and disrespectful, Not once have we gone back to get the car serviced there or anything, because we live so far from there, so they ve never had to deal with us before(other than buying a car which they are happy to do for you because it benefits them)it s not like we were on their heads all the time, we just needed this one thing that they promised when we bought the car, and it was by far the worst experience that we ve had anywhere with anything.
