Had a most wonderful experience with Maury Castillo on Saturday, after Black Friday. I went in to Reeds, not at all decided on what to buy. I wanted 3 rings, one for myself and my 2 best girlfriends. Ms. Maury was so patient and helpful. She helped me with sizing and choice and then with my Reeds credit. I ended up not buying?! Only to change my mind, come back and purchase the 3 rings after all! She was so kind to me. I probably would have been annoyed, but not Maury. She was delightful and so kind. I will surely shop with Reeds now, even though I have 3 cards with other jewelry stores. I will only buy from Maury. She is so professional and I'm so grateful God let her come upon my path. I only pray Reeds Jewelry knows what a wonderful employee Maury is?! I hope they appreciate her like I do! Happy Holidays Maury!
