Incompetent. Totally unresponsive to requests for information by me, by my state representative, and by the Governor's office on my behalf.
If you have several hours (or even days) to call incessantly, wait in queue, and by some miracle get through to a person, expect them to be adversarial, unsympathetic, close-minded, condescending, unenthused, ill-tempered automatons who would rather argue than listen or think outside of their prescribed regimen.
COVID or no, it is painfully apparent that this department and its leaders have little to no empathy or concern for the citizens it is meant to serve.
