When i first moved in. The apartment had roaches. I told the manager and she said she would get it fixed. After about a week she indeed had someone come spray the apartment down. I also turned in my move in checklist and told her that I needed a pull string for my fan in the unit ( I never recieved it) over the course of the next six months the refrigerator quit working. I had to ask multiple times for a new one (I never received it!) The sink in the kitchen was always clogging up. The roaches multiplied and were crawling all over despite my cleaning efforts. I talked to some of the neighbors and they said that the roaches were basically being bombed back and forth between apartments. The end units had no power and were running extension cords out due to the continuous short circuiting.

The landlord or property manager was actually nice though. Just needed a fire lit under her ass to get anything done. The office was never open during regular business hours and then still had the nerve to charge a late fee. I didnt have hot water for about 3 months in my apartment and all they could seem to say is that they were working on it! Thank Goodness I work at a hotel. They never once apologized for anything that they did (or better yet, Didnt do!)
