We stayed in the High Ridge Court condos and the views were amazing. We were there the first week of October and it was great, deal on the condo, hardly anyone else around. It was a very peaceful place to unplug and relax. Cell reception is spotty depending on where on the mountain you are, but that helps you totally enjoy the surroundings. There are lots of hiking trails that are well marked but you do have to look carefully for the entrances from the road. The access trails can be kind of steep especially from the Founders Vision Overlook and Chestnut Place but the trails are moderate. The trails are well maintained and blazes are easy to see.
