We bought tickets for 10 people to go to suspensio...

We bought tickets for 10 people to go to suspension bridge. We waited two houses at the appointed pickup place, calling customer service over four times. They ultimately said they randomly stopped running the route while we were standing at the pickup. Absolutely no notification. They made no attempt to solve the problem. 10 people x 2 hours is 20 hours waisted.
