Bytown Catering did the catering for our August 20...

Bytown Catering did the catering for our August 2020 wedding and did a phenomenal job from start to finish! We first reached out to Bytown only 3.5 weeks in advance of the big day, and despite the incredibly short timeline everything went smoothly. Our sales and events coordinator, Odette, was prompt and comprehensive in all correspondence. She helped us customize and coordinate everything, and was extremely flexible from allowing us to pick up the linens earlier in the week for ease of day-of set-up, to adjusting quantities of items needed, to accommodating guests with dietary restrictions and meal preferences. On the day of the wedding, the food was Delicious, expertly prepared, and beautifully plated and presented! In addition to the food being great, the whole team of staff was so courteous and professional and really did a phenomenal job. As an outside observer, you d never know that they were having to adapt to new protocols for working during the pandemic (e.g., masks, etc.). During dessert it started to rain pretty hard, but that didn t stop them they shuttled over covered desserts (and I even saw some wearing garbage-bag ponchos they were determined!). We were so impressed at the overall quality of the food and the service. It was a wonderful experience, and an absolute pleasure, working with Bytown Catering, and I would recommend them without hesitation!
