Having stayed at at least 10 different hotels/motels in LP over the years, this place is my favorite. Yes, the Whiteface Lodge is nicer, but also 3-5x the cost. The rooms are nice; I am a Marriott guy, and the rooms are at or above your typical Marriott property. I love the parking garage in the winter, good bars/restaurant, nice staff, nice pool, great views, great location....just really good all around.
