I've heard great things about the place but the very first time in my whole entire life I ever reached out to an organization to ask for help they made me feel really stupid and I did very politely ask questions even tried to giggle a little bit so they knew I wasn't being rude talk real soft and I was being told that I was getting aggravated and every time I spoke it was ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am and I was just trying to understand I listen to every word they said but I'm dyslexic so I don't understand everything I thought you would have a right to ask questions. I got cut short I still sitting here not understanding everything I need to do and it really embarrassed me to even have ask to start with......
