Incredibly disappointed with the experience I had here. I took my girlfriend to look at their engagement ring selection. As soon as the sales woman helping us realized we weren t going to buy a ring at this visit she rushed us through the store. We asked to see several rings, and instead of acknowledging our expressed desires to see something a little unique, she continued to show us traditional options. She didn t engage in any conversation with us or seem to have any interest in getting a real understanding for what we were looking for. Furthermore, she continued to bring out smaller size options, under 1ct, when we made it clear we were looking for something a bit bigger. We didn t shared our budget and she never asked, she just assumed a 1.5 carat was out of budget, and wouldn t humor my girlfriend and let her try one on. There were several passive comments made and expressive eye rolls, all of which were unwarranted. Even after expressing our desire to see more, the saleswoman put the settings away and started her thanks for shopping here dialogue, leaving our visit feeling unfinished. The cherry on top was when I asked about alternative stones her response was Oh our store only carries high end products not recognizing that their website has several of these gemstones available nor offering any advice or recommendations. Their jewelry selection was poor and their customer service was certainly some of the worst I ve experienced in the Tampa Bay area. It s safe to say I will take my money elsewhere and never step foot in this store again.
