A rating of 5 stars with some reservations... The Novotel has certainly seen better days. True... Renovations are under way and the entrance diverted to a side gate, but then everything else is loose: sloppy security, courteous but inefficient and slow receptionist, lusterless lighting, oldish carpeting. The place exudes a smell of stuffiness, but still speaks of its past glory.
