More than the obvious fact that the management does not know how to manage the clinic, but also does not demonstrate the will to progress in this regard, the staff exposed to patients are not trained to work with patients, a paradox. Insufficient attention is paid to the needs of the patient, they try to present the image placed in the media about the apparent state of the institution, but unfortunately it is one of many initiatives for rapid commercialization of the profession in this environment and time in which we find ourselves.
