I took my vehicle in on Thursday for 3 factory recalls. The service advisor told me the parts were in stock when I asked her. She called on Friday and said they had to order 1 part and the car would be ready on Saturday which was fine. I called Monday and they said it would be ready Tuesday. No one called. I called again and they gave me an excuse on how labor intensive the job was and some one would call me when the vehicle was ready. Wednesday morning I had my husband call. Suddenly, I received an email saying it was ready. I expected better especially from a luxury vehicle shop.
