My wife and I first dealt with Thomas in the Spring of 2016 to provide a hardwood floor estimate for our upcoming home remodel. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our buying, delivery setup, and install scheduling process. He also showed great patience with my wife while deciding on which product in their showroom that would best suit of vision since the hardwood would cover the entire 1st floor of our home. Our remodel schedule was aggressive and the hardwood was a critical task to completing it on time. The product showed up on time to allow for acclimation and install started on the day Thomas and I had coordinated. Brent, the installer, was also very professional and patient as he has to work among several other trades during the hardwood installation. He had to cut around 13+ new round floor outlet boxes, install 9 wood floor vents, and complete the back staircase and landing. The work was completed on time and the craftsmanship was top notch. I would recommend MacDonald Hardwood to anyone looking to have hardwood floors done in their home.
