The architecture itself is amazing, but the system...

The architecture itself is amazing, but the system they have for entry is extremely poor. It wasnt clear there were 2 queues, so most people formed just one queue. The pricing wasnt clear (its 20 Euros for entry), and the lady selling the tickets was extremely rude.
