we just partnered with 8th light 4 months ago bringing 2 of their 'crafters' onto our teams. We brought them in primarily to do front end development but they have both shown high levels of knowledge in all sorts of different disciplines. Our internal staff have learned a lot by working with the 8th light folks and we're getting ready to bring on a 3rd crafter.
