Unfortunately when I returned to have my newly polished watch examined for a trade in I was told my new Breitling Colt automatic was only worth $800 trade in! Yet they wanted well over retail for a used watch that I was looking at. And ironically they stated my watch had round edges yet they had been the ones to polish my watch strap the previous week for the very first time in the watches life. Also, when they examined my watch for a trade in they scratched it, to a worse condition before I had brought it to them originally, even after I asked the salesperson to be careful with it. When I asked for a refund for the original polishing they stated they wanted to try to fix it again, no thanks you already tried this and now ruined the watch band. I would not recommend this shop for any service unless you want it to return worse after.
