This is a great company. We were replacing our roof so we took the satellite off roof, I called blip to come back and remount satellite they told me we would have to put wood behind metal flashing. In the meantime my husband fell off roof and broke his leg. I didn't have time to call blip to cancel appointment the guy showed up, I apologized saying we would have to cancel. Without hesitation he got a board fixed it got my internet back up and going BIG THANK YOU.
