Received a tasting gift for my birthday. Redeemed and waited for a call back which did take several days, however once they got in touch we booked a date and time with relative ease. Our rep arrived on time, was friendly and spent an hour teaching us about how to taste and leading us through a range of wines from all corners of the world. There was the inevitable sales pitch but as they has some good and different wines we ordered three half cases and our friends bought two. Delivery took another week but we are now tucking in. The wines aren't cheap but taste even better now than in the tasting as we aren't mixing tastes. Looking forward to trying new wines next time.
