WORST customer service and do not work with you for loaners or scheduling time. I have a brand new Honda civic 2016 that was just recalled and I live on my own, work full time, so getting to them and leaving my car there is not easy. They wont do a Saturday and wont give me a loaner. ALSO THE GUY WAS RUDE in their service department! I am now driving my car to a different dealership in NJ because they give a loaner and are extremely friendly! I wish coNICElli actually lived up to their name and logo.
