We re here for work and the first night was fine, third night we tried extending our stay and it turned into a two hour fiasco just to stay ONE more night! The manager Liz was absolutely no help and we waited on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes and the front desk then multiple times to add up to 2hrs. Unbelievable really, literally just to extend our stay for one more night. Never met a company and team so disorganized and doesn t work for the client. Constant back and forth and told different things to everyone we talked to. Do not stay here. Not worth the hassle AT ALL. We will chose wisely next time and avoid this disarray and management team.
