My Sales experience was great until we got to the extended warranty and signing paperwork portion. When I declined some of the extended warranties I was asked if I was a certified mechanic and had all the current tools. On our very first service we had a terrible experience. I had questions about extra repairs needed , I brought up my concerns , she told me to think about it and call her. I left her a message to call me back, she did not , I can't get her to answer either. I also emailed a response to the customer service manager and received no response in return . This is poor customer service. If I have another experience like this I will be done and go elsewhere.
