I order and paid for a chair on the 7th of June. Was e mailed a delivery date for the 17th. during the day i receive a emailsaying due to corona virus there was a delay of a few weeks. As this was not convenient i e mailed back straight away asking to cancel and requested a refund. No reply for a few days so tried to ring and no answer, left a message and no call back. I e mailed again and was advised that the order was cancelled and a refund will be passed in a few days time. 2rd of July i get a delivery from the company with my chair. I had already purchased ANOTHER ONE BUT AM GOING TO KEEP THIS ONE AS WELL AS CANT BE ASKED TO DEAL WITH THE HASSLE OF RETURNING ETC
