EDIT: I will change this to a three-stars. My mom called after I hung up with Berry that same day, though she had to go through quite a few people to talk to a supervisor on that day. Eventually, I heard the supervisor she talked with was good, and explained that many people in the office were upset because it was a Saturday and they didn't usually have to work on Saturdays, but they did that Saturday because it was open enrollment.

I just spoke with Berry. He was very rude, short with me, and gave terrible advice.
