I recently test drove and purchased an Acura RDX from Hinshaw's and it was actually a nice experience. As I've never drove an Acura, and my Lexus lease was coming due, I decided to check them out. Bogdan took me on my test drive and was a wealth of information. He knew that car inside and out, and didn't try to just sell me (a female) on the vanity mirrors or fluff of the car, which I appreciated. I left the dealership feeling informed, but not yet ready to purchase as I still had a few months left on my current lease. Bogdan of course checked up on me from time to time, but no pressure. The last time he called he said he thought he could get closer to my asking price, so I went in to check it out again. He was very helpful in my price haggling as I sent him back several times to the manager/finance to get me a better deal. In the end, I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but I think we got a fair compromise as I know I was asking for a lot. There are some features on the car that I need to go back and see if it's just user error or the car itself, but all in all, it was actually a pleasant sales experience.
