My first experience adopting from a shelter was very positive. My friend and I were allowed to interact with the kittens carefully. When I arrived to pick up my kitten a week later, the lady who helped me explained everything fully, answered all my questions, and didn t rush me. My little girl is now 1 year old and happy as can be.
