Disappointed today. I went in because something has happened to my dashboard and it's sticky, almost as if it's melting. The service guy, very nice, explained due to customer complaints they were replacing the dashboards with this defect or problem, however they limited it to 10 years, 150k miles..... Well I have 153k. Really??? The problem didn't happen 3 thousand miles ago, it happened now. How can you limit repair of something that should not occur. Well, I believe in loyalty, actually went to the pre-owned sales center considering a purchase, but perhaps our relationship has run it's course. I'm very disappointed because I've enjoyed this car and sent many friends to Lexus. Loyalty to a product is just hard to find.
