I was excited for a day at the spa (I'd been twice before). The receptionist scheduled me for the wrong facial and didn't take my contact information. Upon my arrival, I was reprimanded by the receptionist because they had tried to contact me to come in earlier but could not reach me. I was rushed through my appointment from the very beginning, almost given a facial that was described as a "casting" of my face with holes left in order for me to breathe, and once the technician decided she could actually do the facial I had originally scheduled, time had been limited. $300 later, very disappointed.
