Parking was horrible, staff didn't know what garages were open and closed. Once I found a parking, staff didn't know where our event was in the building, they sent me from one end of the hotel to the other, then 3 different employees referred me to others, until I finally found out where the food show, was being held, where I hit entered was where I should have been. This never used to happen when it was privately owned the Grove Park Inn has gone downhill since Omni bought it.
