My wife and I have been a client of Telsco for a few years now, what initially drew us to Telsco was that they were recommended by a family friend and they are based locally in Edmonton, Alberta.

When we call Telsco for service we are not waiting for long periods over the phone. If their representative needs to call back or if they need to follow-up with further information they do return your calls. Able to schedule on-site service and will work with us to arrange times suitable (due to availability) within an acceptable time-frame.

Service technicians are very knowledgeable and are able to answer all questions. Able to identify what requires attention and what alternatives could be available.

Have accidentally tripped the alarm myself and I receive a call from Telsco within 30 seconds reporting a possible breach. Monitoring personnel are very professional and understanding.

We continually consider enhancements to the security features of our home and will continue to consult with Telsco for all such requirements.

We would recommend Telsco to any person considering the installation of a monitored security system.
