Though overpriced compared to US standards, I strongly recommend this hotel because it is the best you can get in town.

Pros: ocean view that dominates to the city as well, pool with infinite view, large private balcony, safety features with armed guards... besides your personal room no one can access your block without a valid key card, quiet and peaceful location, proximity to town, excellent food & drinks and priced somewhat on par with what you'd pay in the US, excellent breakfast (included in your fares), nice bar and dining room, stunning outdoor decor.

Cons: overpriced just like the rest of the hotels in town, rooms with poor interior quality, bed frame has stains and the whole bedding is of cheap materials and very squeaky, rooms are not soundproof (you can easily eavesdropping on your neighbor vice versa), steep grades leading up to the hotel (check your breaks and get a car with good engine if driving), poor salad selection, no microwave, Your overall experience will compensate for all the cons.
