The common areas on the property are super charming - That s all this hotel has to offer!

The rooms are gross! The carpet and surfaces were constantly WET from the amount of humidity in the building and it stunk like water damage. The bathrooms are equally as gross. There s a reason they don t show pictures online!

The hotel staff seemed annoyed and reluctant to answer any questions regarding the limited services available due to COVID - 19.

We are normally very loyal to the Kimpton brand! However, we won t be going back to the Brice the next time we travel to Savannah.
