Absolutely horrible. I would give them no stars. The rehab facility is completely grossly negligent. My mother was abused by this facility. She was yelled at, given no or very little water to drink, not changed, not showered, and given cold food. Causing her to be sent to the hospital.

However, Heath Village and Staff will be held responsible and accountable not only for negligence, but for pain and suffering!

They will be reported to the state and will have further consequences. No one treats my loved one like that and gets away with it!

Don't send your loved one here. Since nursing homes can't receive visitors they are even more abusive. Lack of management, lack of skilled nursing, and lack of compassion to do their jobs!!!
