The (care) staff behaves in my opinion largely professional. The only (negative) points of criticism are the (apparently) not sufficiently trained data protection measures, because during our stay in the neurological ambulance we were able to listen to one or the other conversation about diagnoses of other patients without problems from the next room. (including name, medical history, etc.).

In the medical division there are m.M.n. considerable need for improvement, especially with regard to the tone of contact with patients, not understandable reasons for stat. Recordings (without clear justification, suspected diagnosis or similar) and lack of competences in the area of communication. (Several times relevant information in the medical history was either not heard, or simply overheard or not understood.) In addition, on the doctor's letter for dismissal against medical advice (mindful of the above reasons) a completely incorrect ICD code and various other misinformation from another Doctor, or discovered by a person employed by him.
