No support no comforting word before the surgery and worse no communication after! We had to go to another hospital to ask for news and after many insisted we had answers from another surgeon. Aside from the nurses, the doctors are not very present.
We can clean the bed next door as if we were not there. In short, this hospital seems to have lost its humanity.
