This is a horrible company. The actual job could be easy if they have you doing what's in your job description. They try to overwork their employees and pay them less as possible. Evaluation are never done on time and they have poor communication skills. Some of the supervisors dont know what they are doing. When I was there my supervisor didn't know if he was the supervisor or a lead. His favor answer was he didnt know, he would tell lies to keep from handling situations. Most of the people that are higher up are from China and are rude as freak.
