It looks very cold and you feel very unwelcome by some people.
There are some nice workers now and then, but a lot of them are superficial.
Once I did something not so smart to enter the store and was treated accordingly. But if I go in with my brand name I will be treated very differently.

In addition, the architecture between the ladies shoe and children's area is somewhat questionable. Why do you need 2 small escalators? How about a big one instead? Would save costs and time (also for the customers)

With the toilets we are actually quite satisfied only the distribution is quite awkward.
There would be at least several toilets and not just one on the top floor all the way back.
Would also save time, because time = money !!!

The elevators in the "glass building are way too crowded for me. It is worth it to take the escalators if you want to be faster at the destination.
Conclusion: more elevators or larger interior.
