We had reservations, arrived at check in time of 3PM, & STILL had to wait 2.5 hours toi get a room. Housekeeping was doing WHAT??? This was for a convention. MANY people had prior reservations that had to be made nearly a month in advance - the lack of planning on the part of hotel management to have the rooms ready is deplorable.
