While the hotel and casino as a whole is a great place to visit or vacation especially during Corona times. The onky thing I can legitimately complain about is the lack of information for guest concerning the ins and outs of planning and enjoying your stay. A lot of restaurants had limited hours, one restaurant was closed but was used for seating to the adjacent restraunt. There was no literature inside the rooms for how to order room service. They never mentioned that if you wanted fresh towels that you has to call and request them as they aren't allowed to go in and clean rooms during a guest stay. So needless to say I found myself calling the operator a lot just for information that could have been told or disseminated on a leaflet or paper at check-in. Or left in the room on a pillow or something when cleaned between guest.
