Ian, Shawn and Boogie completed my basement waterp...

Ian, Shawn and Boogie completed my basement waterproofing today. Ian called and stated they were on the way and would arrive @8:30. They were on time and ready to go to work. Ian did the walk-thru with me, while Shawn and Boogie unloaded tools. They were very personable and professional. They worked very hard all day and were very observant concerning their mess and keeping a clean and safe work space. Work was done inside and outside at the same time. They were kind enough to fill in a couple of air spaces in my basement wall/ceiling gap and even took away some of my pre-prep debris. All of them would take time to explain what they were doing and why when I had questions. I kept track of their progress all day which was very strong pace considering most of the work is backbreaking and done on their knees. At completion, they cleaned-up including wiping the floor with towels and mop. Ian and Shawn did final inspection with me (Boogie was sweatn' loading the truck). We signed off on the receipt/work order and they were on the way. I could not be happier with the quality of work or the professionalism of the crew doing it. We won't have to live our lives around the rain forecast ever again. Thanks Tarheel Basements!
