The nurse who did my pap smear exam (Cookie) was excellent - very friendly, excellent bedside manner. Let's face it, most people generally find the procedure unpleasant. She put me at ease and the procedure was over very quickly. She also pointed out specific things to look for when doing a breast self-exam. It was a lot more helpful than the brochures I've read before (trying to figure out those diagrams).

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and was seen promptly by the staff. The staff and medical assistant were also very friendly.
