The photos of our room were very deceiving. Tried calling multiple times to discuss a wedding code that was not working. Never heard back and did not honor the code once we were there in person. Staff seemed unaware of even the simplest of questions. Upon checkout they charged us $100 over what our email confirmation price was. Manager was not on site to discuss where that $100 came from. Still waiting to hear from Management.
