Highly disappointing experience. Although in the beginning when I first found them and asked them to translate their website's section with vegan petfood in English - so non Dutch speaking people can order too-, they did it directly, the 2nd time I ordered, their reaction to our disappointment due to the fact of the products not arriving on time, they did not excuse themselves. It's been 3 weeks we are waiting with my friend cat food that I ordered. I sent them to ask what is happening, they did not apologize for the incovenience, they are close to rude I may say, by just stating that "they have asked the transporting company where the package it-there is nothing else they can do". We asked for the order to get cancelled - give us the money back and order another vegan cat food from Greece-we hope they will proceed to the cancellation. To bad because other people from my group "vegan pets in Greece" became their client so now they will lose all of them. If only they have had apologized, all would be different. These things happen, the problem is how they reacted to the disappointment to the clients, not the loss of the package itself.
