Ordering parts is great and easy. the prices are great. the quality sucks, and the customer service is nonexistent. my part broke just 58 days in so the 30 day return policy is way to short. manufacturer warranty? sure that covers the part, but I have to buy the part again, then hopefully wait for a refund, not to mention that I have to pay for the shipping. and since its the family car I would have to overnight it at a cost of hundreds of dollars! so where did my savings go?
Never again, will I use rock auto.
