Poorly packaged windshield arrived cracked. Experienced customer service pushback when I requested expedited service to compensate for the time that has been wasted, and the money I will now have to spend for either towing or storage as a result.
Do not rely on these guys unless you have made lots of room and time for error.
The one-star experiences are accumulating.
