Someone knows how to make complaints and report thease employees..they are very rude and lazy (not all - number 6 is perfect and friendly and also very helpful)..i saw the number 5 a female shouting and looking for trouble with people ...some of then really do not want to do their jobs well ..they are not happy if some one ask them more information ans questions relating to their process and purpose..specially the person in window 5 right front of the entrance door ...i just want to know there is nobody to control them ?? or people have to tolerate these lawlessness and rudeness ..? Really shoked to see their behavior with people ..just a few staffs doing their job sincerely and care their costumers
