This studio was a wonderful experience for my daughter, however, unfortunately, the studio owner lacked respect or care towards our family emergency. After my daughter made the decision to leave, she asked for a refund for a solo she had paid for. The owner originally agreed, but changed her mind. After we sought the refund, she threaten legal action against us and threatened charging our account. I m horrified that she kept my daughter s card information, especially since we haven t been there for months! I would not recommend this studio to anyone, especially with how disrespectful and unapologetic she has acted towards my family in my opinion.
