A recent revamp to the eating areas prompted me to give "The Mill" at Dapto Leagues Club another try for a Friday night meal. Previously I'd been unimpressed by dishes which landed on my table only "warm" instead of piping hot and looking fresh and inviting.

Thanks to 21st. century technology that is a thing of the past!

The new layout is spacious. There are hundreds of seats to choose from. You order your meal at the designated bar area and are given a wooden block with a number on it. Inside that wooden block is a locator chip! You can then sit wherever you like and the wait staff locate you using the chip and a computer monitor which shows your exact location within the club.

Once cooked, our food arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked and still steaming. 10 out of 10 for getting this right!

Garlic bread, a good-sized Tofu Pad Thai and a Seafood Basket were all enjoyable. A few more Vegan options would have earned a 5-star rating for our visit.

There's a large selection of craft beers available at the bar. For some reason my wife objected to me enjoying an icy cold "My Wife's Bitter".
