We live in 6738 n Glenwood ave and today is second...

We live in 6738 n Glenwood ave and today is second day without water because frozen pipes. We called maintenance, no one came in, couldn t take a shower (toilet obviously doesn t work too). Did somebody works on this??? The whole building without water and seems like no one cares.
